On the upper level, there is a queen size bed in the main bedroom, air conditioning and heating, a balcony with harbour and city views. There is a modern shower room. The second bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a trundle bed, which pulls out to the opposite side of the room, and can sleep 2 persons comfortably, and is ideal for children. The lower level has a well equipped kitchen with laundry facilities, fridge freezer, microwave, stainless steel electric oven and gas cook top, and is fully equipped to deal with all your culinary needs. There is a spacious living dining area with a sunny balcony opening onto very pleasant views, air conditioning and heating. The dining area seats 6 persons and there is a good quality queen size sofa bed which sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Lower Apartment with Garden A very pleasant 1 bedroom apartment also on 2 levels. With heating and air conditioning. This apartment sleeps up to 4 persons comfortably. There is a queen size bedroom with balcony overlooking the terrace garden and local district, air conditioning and heating. A bathroom with shower above the bath, a separate living room with a good quality queen size sofa bed with t.v., d.v.d., c.d. player and gas heater. The ground floor comprises a combined dining room and kitchen with gas heater, electric oven and gas cook top, microwave, and fridge freezer, an additional shower room and laundry with washing machine and drier. The dining area opens onto a sunny courtyard garden with outdoor entertaining and barbeque facilities. Children. Cots and high chairs are available on request. Wireless internet service available. Undercover parking is also available in a lockable garage. This must be booked separately with either apartment subject to availability. Free restricted and unrestricted street parking available.
