IBAC represents the interests of business aviation worldwide. IBAC is an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) with permanent observer status with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the UN Specialized Agency for aviation matters. The BAR Standard was developed to meet an identified need to establish a common global aviation safety assessment and audit protocol. The Wyvern Wingman standard is awarded to operators who operate and uphold The Wingman Standard. Developed and maintained by Wyvern Consulting, with aid from corporate aviation directors, The Wingman Standard contains the processes and operating parameters to which a Wingman Operator shall adhere
